As an ECT (Y1 or Y2), there is so much to take on board with the ultimate aim of delivering high quality lessons. The course will help to scaffold the way in which the science curriculum is delivered across KS3 to KS4 with the associated literacy terms.

The course will enable a deep understanding of how to implement the KS3 curriculum and gain knowledge on how to articulate it so students are KS4-ready from the ground-work in lessons. There will be a focus on practical science and disciplinary knowledge to ensure there is confidence in the rationale behind the delivery, as well as developing skills behind using the equipment.

The course will enable the delegate to have confidence to deliver any lesson equipped with a variety of methods to convey the core content with rigour and zest.
